Descriptions
DNA-spin Plasmid DNA Purification Kit contains a silica bead membrane filled in spin-type column and reagents for alkali lysis for easy purification of plasmid DNA from bacteria.
The specially treated silica bead membrane makes it possible to harvest high quality plasmid DNA by eliminating RNA and genomic DNA during the quick spin-down process.

Characteristics
1) Takes only 30 minutes to extract plasmid DNA.
2) Highly purified plasmid DNA thanks to our specially treated plasmid DNA-specific silica bead membrane.
3) Minimal nicks of plasmid DNA guarantees good results in plasmid DNA sequencing.

Kit contents
1) Resuspension buffer
: Add RNase A solution to Resuspension buffer before use. Then, store at 4oC.
2) Lysis buffer
: Check Lysis buffer for SDS precipitation due to low storage temperature, in which case it is necessary to dissolve the SDS by warming to 37oC.
3) Neutralization buffer
: This buffer contains acetic acid.
4) Washing buffer
: Add 40ml (160ml) of absolute EtOH to the washing buffer before use.
5) Elution buffer
: DNase/RNase free Ultra-Pure solution.
6) Columns
: Polypropylene tube containing silica membrane
7) Collecting tube
: Polypropylene tube for 2ml volume
8) RNase solution
: 10mg/ml concentration
